Alright, so there's only 30 days left till the big princess race. And I just took a week off from running due to my stupid, stubborn foot. So that means I have to learn to run really far in a month. Crap! So what am I gonna do???

Suck it up and JUST RUN.

First of all, how is the foot?

If it is still causing you pain, then don't train or plan to run the race. I know it sucks since you shelled out the dough for the race and have made plans and travel arrangements, etc, but the bottom line is that no race is worth long term injury. And especially because the foot pain has forced you to take off so much time, adding on the necessary mileage at this point will most likely just aggravate the injury further.

And, trust me, one of the worst feelings in the world is not a DNS (did not start); it's a DNF (did not finish).

But, if it's not causing you pain, then yes, get out there and get some miles in. You do have the time to build the kind of mileage that will enable you to cross the finish line.
