My ankle has been on the mend this past week...so process but I can tell it's been getting much better. Reduced swelling, greater range of motion, etc. So, since this means I would be able to return to exercise soon, what would happen this morning? Why, I would completely roll my ankle and feel just as crappy as I did a week ago.
Sabotage or Clumsines? Hmm...maybe a combined effort. Back to the couch I go!
